Renegade Por Vida

A-ha! I pulled a switch-a-roo on my favorite stalkers and went to Renegade on Saturday instead of Sunday. Sorry to disappoint, but I figured it would be best for me to play all day Saturday and work all day Sunday.

Wasn't Renegade a blast? Wasn't the weather just frickin' amazing! Most of the same vendors I've been seeing at the craft shows and some new favorites. I was really diggin' the outdoor location. Made for a very festive event! Too bad all the foodie trucks were out in Long Beach and Pasadena feeding the masses... I think that would of been the cherry on top of this fabulously fun event!

I think everyone I know watches Mad Men, so I feel that I know many awesome people. Obviously. I am a little behind on watching due to my dumb Dish Network removing AMC in my package... but I've got them all on Netflix... ready to go. I just need a "nothing" weekend to watch them all.

Happy 4th of July + 7 days!! I am so late in posting... story of my life. But just to update all my stalkers out there... 4th of July weekend was superb. We hung out at the beach, ate bbq all day and fired up some illegal fireworks. Very American, right?

We Kinda Look Alike

We attempted to hit up Balboa Island over the holiday weekend but we got discouraged by the traffic and lack of parking on the island. No matter, Newport is always a great place to just hang out and do our most favorite thing... SHOP!

I haven't been in this area since my days working at _______ and _______. Being so close to the beach you'd think I'd be bikini ready and tan all the time, but sadly the stress of working hindered me from doing anything that cool as well as sucked all the life out of me. Boo.

I love spending days with my Mom, I especially love shopping with her. Obviously she's got mad style... and she doesn't mind my craze tendencies when I step into a Forever21. Because seriously $3 accessories and clothing under $20 can put any girl in a frenzy.

Just A Kling Summer

This just feels like summer. By no means did I ever spend my own summer time by a pond as a young girl, but I think the lazy haziness of the images really speak to most of us. I love you Kling.

Filipino Food + Bday Wishes

Summer seems to just be breezing by. It kinda makes me sad that it is already JULY!! Like, didn't we just celebrate New Year's Rockin' Eve? Seems like that was just last week.

My favorite thing about summer, besides all the ice cream I consume, is all the BIRTHDAYS! I think there is at least one a week in July. Lots of love to share and I can't wait to see all my beautiful July babies to celebrate!

First up is Katrina. She always knows all the great places to eat so of course we got to indulge in some delicious Filipino food at Gerry's Grill in Cerritos. I personally recommend the Adobo Fried Rice and Crispy Beef Rib. HmMmMmMmm....
