Fashion designer, Karen Walker, recently mixed up a line of paints with New Zealand company Resene Paints. The colors have such a calming effect on the soul. I think it is so fitting to use these mid-century modern mini models to showcase the beautiful combinations.

Talk about being remarkably moody... Zooey Deschanel's music room featured in Domino Magazine is true blue. I am totally diggin' the contrast white line against the royal blue. I bet they had to coat the room at least 3 times to get that room as vibrant as it looks. Besides the colors I am also loving the hanging guitars in the cubbie. Its those little details.

OMG I have a baby on my blog! A baby!!!
I am not trying to say I am expecting anytime soon. But I won't lie to you all and say that the thought of having children in the next year hasn't crossed our mind because it has. Total baby brain. Seriously its like all my friends are either getting married and/or having babies. So you may guess this is what I will be writing about for the next year or so. Hang in there.

Sonny and I have been working with Adrienne, creator of Blankyclip, on a few new packaging designs. Adrienne invented Blankyclip when her son Eli was 2 months old and realized that his blanky would constantly be falling on the ground. Suddenly an "Aha" moment came to her and she invented the Blankyclip. I've been messing with it for the past few days trying to get my fingers stuck in it or pinched but I can't! Its super soft.. yet for some ingenious reason it keeps things clipped securely together!

Before the wedding I blogged about Blurb.com and how I was planning to use it to put together our wedding album. Well nearly 180+ days after we tied the knot I am finally doing it. To be honest with you all... I am a horrible post-bride. I have been totally lagging on getting our album + video done that it almost seems like our wedding never happened because we have no proof. Boo on me I know... I know. Anyways... here are a few peek screenshots. I'll post again once I get the finish book in my hands. Pretty exciting stuff. :)
Btw... If any of you are wondering if I like Blurb. I absolutely LOVE it. After you download the program and start playing around with the different layouts, it becomes really easy to use. I think the hardest part of it all was selecting the images I was going to use.
